Our Guarantee

Loved Cub (a division of Annalee Dolls, Inc.) guarantees that you will receive your blanket back as a cub if sufficient material is provided; or if amount of material is insufficient, additional material of our choosing will be used to supplement blanket material. In this event, you will be contacted by phone and notified prior to the cub being made.

If you decide not to have the blanket supplemented with additional material and the cub completed, your blanket will be returned to you.

Loved Cub can only guarantee the treatment of your blanket while in its possession. The condition of each blanket upon arrival will be documented and referred to upon request.

Loved Cub guarantees the condition of the blanket material. Minor design variations may occur due to the blanket material provided.

Each material handles the process differently adding to your cub's unique character and individuality, making your cub a true one of a kind!
