Where is Loved Cub located?
Loved Cub is located at 71 NH Route 104 in Meredith, New Hampshire. We are located in the center of the state, a scenic area near Lake Winnipesaukee, approximately two hour's drive north from Boston.

What makes Loved Cub unique?
Loved Cub has developed a special, patent pending process that ensures your treasured baby blanket or treasured article of clothing is well cared for from its original form to cub. A waterproof envelope is provided so you can be confident that your treasured item gets to us safely. Upon receiving your item, we use a UV wand to sanitize it, and then assess the condition of the material. If necessary, we will use our Fabrisure technology to reinforce the material to make sure your cub lasts through years and years of love. When the cub is complete, it is lovingly boxed and shipped back to you.

How big is the Loved Cub?
From head to toe, your bear will be 18 inches tall and stuffed just enough to stand up to years of hugging!

What materials can you make a Loved Cub from?
We are able to make bears from just about any type of material. We have made cubs from Blankets, Shirts, Bathrobes, Baby clothes, Jackets and many more…..Some Material need a little extra help and require a bit of extra care and sewing like i.e. Crochet and knitted blankets, so there is a $9.95 additional charge for these.

What kind of condition does my treasured item need to be in to make a Loved Cub?
Most items can be made into a cub, regardless of the condition. If the material is extremely worn or is torn, we may need to add a material of our choosing to make a complete Loved Cub.

Do you accept ripped, torn, or tattered blankets?
We do accept well loved blankets, but to make a complete Loved Cub, we may need to supplement additional material of our choosing.

What will my Loved Cub look like?
Your bear will be one of a kind! It will have black embroidered eyes and a nose, but the overall appearance will be unique based on how our Cub Crafters piece together the fabric, making it that much more special!

How long will it take to make my Loved Cub?
As soon as we receive your package, it immediately goes to one of our cub designers to begin creating your keepsake. From that moment, to the time we lovingly pack it to make the trip back home, is approximately 7-10 business days.

Do you return the scraps of fabric that aren't used?
Yes, we will return any large pieces of material that are not used.

How do I send my treasured item to you?
After ordering online or by phone, you will be sent an package that includes a return shipping envelope. Please wash and dry your item before enclosing it in the waterproof envelope. We suggest Sending package back to Loved Cub using a trackable form of shipping, Fed Ex or UPS.

How can I check on the status of my Loved Cub?
We know it's hard to part with a treasured heirloom like a baby blanket, so we've created a hotline (877-579-2327) that you can call to speak with the customer service to get an update on your Loved Cub.

How is the Loved Cub shipped back to me?
Your finished Loved Cub is packed carefully in a shipping box then shipped via Federal Express Ground with a delivery signature required to ensure its safe return to you.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover by phone and through our website. Payments can also be made by check or money order by mail.

What is your return policy?
We are unable to accept returns on finished bears because of the personal nature of the blankets.

Who makes the Loved Cubs?
Our Designers have had a lifetime of experience as designers for Annalee Dolls. They are all talented seamstresses and value the personal nature of the blankets as much as you do.

How do I keep my Loved Cub clean?
We recommend spot cleaning.

Loved Cub is a division of Annalee Dolls, Inc. a seasonal gifts and decorations company with a history that goes back 75 years. Started by Annalee Davis Thorndike, the company is known for its unique soft sculpture designs with magical facial expressions. Their products include Santas, reindeer, elves, and mice for all seasons and occasions.
